These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the judikibg platform, including the judikibg.net website, mobile app, and all related services. By registering or using any part of the judikibg platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated in this document.

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the judikibg platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to fully comply with these Terms and Conditions. This acceptance legally binds you from the moment you first use the judikibg platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the judikibg platform. judikibg reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Notification of material changes will be sent to registered members via email or in-app notification.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the judikibg platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the date of registration.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not an excluded person: You must not currently be under a self-exclusion period from any gambling platform.
• Not a judikibg employee: Full-time employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the judikibg team are not permitted to open a member account.
• Valid local access: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the judikibg platform is lawful under the regulations of your jurisdiction.

Judikibg reserves the right to request age verification at any time. Accounts found to have been registered by underage individuals will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

3Account Registration

Each judikibg member is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Holding multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using another person's information — is a serious violation of judikibg's Terms.

• You must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration.
• The registered name must match the name on your official identification document.
• Judikibg will conduct an Identity Verification (KYC) process before processing your first withdrawal.
• Documents that may be required for KYC include a valid national ID, passport, or driver's licence.
• Phone number and email address verification are mandatory to fully activate your account.

The KYC process at judikibg is typically completed within 24 business hours. Once approved, your withdrawals will not face any additional delays.

4Deposit & Payment

Deposited funds must originate from an account registered in your own name. judikibg does not accept third-party deposits, and any deposit suspected of coming from an illegal source will be blocked and reported.

5Withdrawal of Winnings

Judikibg is committed to processing all valid withdrawals promptly and without unnecessary hassle. The following are our withdrawal guidelines:

• Minimum withdrawal limit: MYR 50 for bank and e-wallet withdrawals.
• Processing time: 10 to 30 minutes after the request is approved.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

8Member Conduct

All judikibg members are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. The following are strictly prohibited on the judikibg platform:

• Attempting to hack, probe for security vulnerabilities, or disrupt the operations of the judikibg platform.
• Cheating, colluding, or conspiring with other members to gain an unfair advantage.

Violations of the code of conduct may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your judikibg account, depending on the severity of the breach.

9Account Security

10Account Termination

Judikibg members may close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Eligible balances will be returned once all withdrawal requirements have been met.

Judikibg reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Serious or repeated violations of the Terms and Conditions.
• Failed identity verification or false registration information.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Confirmed ownership of multiple accounts.
• Upon instruction from the relevant authorities.

11Limitation of Liability

Judikibg provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted continuous availability. While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, occasional technical disruptions may occur.

• Judikibg is not liable for losses incurred as a result of service disruptions, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Judikibg is not responsible for financial losses resulting from betting outcomes — all betting decisions are final based on the game rules.
• Judikibg's maximum liability to any member is limited to the total active deposit amount in the account at the time of the relevant incident.

12Amendment of Terms
